What data we use and why

• Contact form: your name, your email, your phone number (if you give it to us), what you need and your message. We only use them to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.
• When you visit the website: technical connection data (IP address, browser and the page you request), which Cloudflare processes to serve the website and protect it from attacks. We don't see that data: only aggregated visit statistics that identify no one.
• The form's spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile): technical data about your connection and browser, such as your IP address or browser type, only to tell whether a person is writing.
• If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we use the details you give us for the same purpose.

We don't send advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation) and, when you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b). Technical visit data and the spam check rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and protected (article 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

As long as we need to reply. If we don't end up working together, we delete your message within 12 months at most. If we do, we keep the data for the duration of the job and then for as long as the law requires (for example, tax rules).

Who else sees it

We don't share your data with anyone unless the law requires it. We use these providers:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the website, delivers the form messages to us and protects them from bots with Cloudflare Turnstile, on our behalf. Cloudflare also uses Turnstile's technical data to improve its bot detection, and for that it acts as a controller in its own right.
• Google LLC: messages reach our Gmail inbox, a Google service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Both companies may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which both have joined. If you message us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), which handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube take you to those websites, where their policies apply.

Security

The website is always encrypted (HTTPS). Form messages aren't stored in any database on the website: they go straight to our email.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@mundialmarte.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Statistics and QR code

This website has no analytics or tracking code. Visit statistics (how many visits and from which countries) come from Cloudflare in aggregate, based on its technical logs.

When someone scans the QR code on our business card, we only store the date, the country and the type of device (phone or computer), with nothing that identifies anyone.

Children

This website isn't aimed at children under 14.
